Shipping policy

Shipping costs depend on the amount and type of products in each order, as well as the selected shipping option.

Shipments outside of the Canada/USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations: 

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

We do not collect VAT. Canadian customers pay the 13% HST on all products at checkout.
